A Praça Hercílio Luz, mais conhecida como Biergarten se encontra na parte mais antiga da cidade perto de outros locais históricos como a prefeitura antiga, o Mausoléu Dr. Blumenau e o Museu da Família Colonial.
Na praça são encontrados os monumentos em homenagem à fundação do município e aos primeiros dezessete imigrantes, além da estátua Voluntários da Pátria, que representa os soldados brasileiros em luta nas Guerra do Paraguai e 2ª Guerra Mundial. Anexo a praça fica o Museu da Cerveja, que apresenta uma exposição de quadros e máquinas que contam a história da cerveja.

The Hercílio Luz Park, also known as Biergarten is located in the oldest part of the city next to other historic locations such as the old town hall, the Dr. Blumenau Mausoleum and the Colonial Family's Museum.
The park contains monuments in homage to the founding of the city and to the first seventeen immigrants, as well as the Volunteers of the Homeland Statue representing the Brazilian soldiers that fought in the Paraguay war and in the second world war. The beer museum is also located in the park, showing pictures and machines related to the history of beer production.
