This is located on the Saranac River Trail that goes by the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. Parking may be a problem on campus, so park on a city street, but it's a nice walk.
Try to use stealth as college kids probably will mess with it if they see you. Check out Kitty Cat Campus Cache, Museum without Walls 1 and A Stroll to Hawkins while you're in the area.
My hope is that people will take time to enjoy the Saranac River and get inspired to put caches around places in the area that they enjoy.
