A fairly standard hide alongside a footpath.
This cache is slightly larger than a 35mm container, but not a lot.
Near this location is an out-of-sight reservoir 'hidden’ under a man-made mound with a grassy knoll roof, just like the camouflaged bunkers of the Second World War. There's a few of these dotted around; in fact, another is mid-completion (Feb 2012) near Maidstone Hospital, along Hermitage Lane.
Like other 'Glamouflaged' caches nearby, this is a little bit of fun set up for my fellow friends and Geocaching colleagues that are putting the effort in to come to Kent Cacher's Meet #29 - Best Bib and Tucker (GC3B4EQ).
As the Best Bib and Tucker meet invites people to 'glam up' their caching outfit for the afternoon, it's only fitting that these pathetic little caches step up their looks as well.
