Geocache Description:

The teddy bears are all hiding in the Great Wood waiting for Picnic time

There are Spirit teddy bears available and one of the few out there is hiding in the wood.

The Spirit Bear is really a Kermode Bear which is a subspecies of the American Black bear. These bears are not related to polar bears or the blond brown bear. The estimated population is 400-1000 bears and their survival may be due to the protective nature of the native population. The ghost-like appearance of this bear holds a prominent place in the mythology of the Candian First Nations and American Indians of the area. The Spirit bear is gentle and would only attack humans if their cubs were in danger or they were literally starving to death.

Because of their white color, they can catch more fish then their black relatives and also, may be more visible to the seeking cacher. Good luck
