The Delta Area Geocachers (DAGEO) will hold our Leap Year 2012 event at The Michigan Department of Natural Resources Pocket Park, located on the grounds of the Upper Peninsula State Fair in Escanaba. The above coordinates will bring you to the front entrance of the building. We will meet at 7PM.
You will be given coordinates to the new "Leap for Joy" series of caches (9 new caches in all!!), including 2 night caches! Get a leap on other cachers as these will not be posted until AFTER the event. Dress warm. Bring a good flashlight. If we get snow before the event, snowshoes may also be good to have along!
