The Gioia Pizza Traditional Cache
Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

35mm film canister tucked away in a lively gem of a Berkeley neighborhood. Also, pizza. Good starter cache for kids and beginners. Although wheelchair accessible, those in a wheelchair might have difficulty extracting, especially stealthily. Muggles are about! But with a small amount of patience you should be fine.
I've been geocaching for a month and have been looking for a good place to put my first cache. I have grand ideas for glorious multis but for my first, I'm just going to keep it simple. Nothing fancy here; just a cache with a log.
I'd love to tell you about the history of the area but I'll settle for just telling you about the best pizza place in town, just around the corner on Hopkins. Brooklyn style (the best kind of style) with Berkeley ingredients (ditto). Be sure to get one of their specialty drinks.
The coordinates should take you right to the cache and, with some minor use of caching senses, you should have it in hand quickly. Just to make sure though, the hint will spoil it for you (fair warning).
Congrats to bobf for FTF!
