This is part of the 'Slight Detour' series of caches placed specifically for the Essex Camping Event 2012. Anyone attending the Camping Event 2012 can claim a joint FTF on the caches in this series.
This series is an interesting and varied route in its own right, but if you are walking the ECE (Essex Camping Event 2012) St Peter's Ring, and think the 18 miles may be too far in one go, then this detour gives you more options on the length of walk you could complete.
The footpath continues on a north/south heading and passes along the edge of a small private woodland here. Although there are well used trails leading off the footpath these are all on private land and I would advise you stick to the main footpath as marked to avoid any problems.
Please don't take the wall apart at GZ, there is no need to randomly move bricks for no reason. You will need to look carefully using the clue; the clue is there to help & you will need it. When you are sure you have the right place jump on in but put everything back exactly as found please (and make sure it's the right way around). Oh you'll need to BYOP too.
