Geocache Description:

2012 - a unique Leap Year for the United Kingdom with so much to celebrate and commemorate - the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the London Olympics and the Bicentenary of the birth of Charles Dickens. It is also one hundred years since the sinking of the Titanic, Scott's expedition to the South Pole, the founding of the Royal Flying Corps (later the RAF), and the deaths of Joseph Lister, the British surgeon who pioneered sterile surgery, Bram Stoker, the author of "Dracula" and William Booth, founder of the Salvation Army to name a few.

RMS Titanic was launched in Belfast on 31 May 1911. It was the largest passenger steamship of its time and was owned by the White Star Line. The liner left Southampton on its maiden voyage on 10th April 1912 with over 2000 passengers and crew on board heading for New York. It sank in the early hours of 15th April after colliding with an iceberg.
Survivors were picked up by the Carpathia and taken to New York. The youngest survivor was a 10 week old baby. (visit link)

This is part of the LEAP series or a fairly easy cache and dash, but beware stray golf balls and their accompanying muggles - pick your parking place carefully - this can be a busy rural road. First Bus service to Stocksbridge routes through Worrall.

You may find an item of specialist equipment useful to retrieve this cache. Welcome to Worrall 4 is just up the road and the Wuff series is also close by.
