Geocache Description:

This is part of a series of caches. Each one is an individual cache, and together they lead to a final destination, with a prize for the first to find.

The clapper bridge is the oldest and most basic type of bridge construction. There are many bridges of this type distributed throughout Dartmoor, perhaps the most famous being this example at Postbridge.

This cache was originally placed at the clapper bridge at Teign-e-ver, but has been moved to make way for a new cache there. If you have already visited that cache, then you will recognize the logbook inside this one. This is a new cache listing, however, so please feel free to visit again.

This cache is part of the Heart of Dartmoor Series. Inside each cache is a yellow card with 2 numbers on it. Please ignore the Greek letter clue. The other clue will help you to find the Heart of Dartmoor Bonus
