The cache is located in Heritage Park in Portsmouth RI. There is a small parking lot on Highpoint Ave on the left hand side of the road.
The Battle of Rhode Island took place in the local area on August 29, 1778. It is known to be the largest battle in New England during the Revolutionary War.
The cache is filled with small kids toys and other stuff.
There is a great information sign that I recommend looking at before leaving the park. The cache is a short hike from the parking lot, About .10 of a mile. The walk is very easy but the last 30-40 feet to the cache can be difficult, especially with spring coming. (thorn bushes)
I had an accuracy reading of 20 ft when I placed it.
