Real maple sugar syrup on homemade pancackes starting at 9:30am! YUM! $5 - $7 for pancakes with farm fresh maple syrup. The rest of the attractions are free.
We will meet and greet with you at 9:30am in the pancake line & at breakfast then we'll put on snowshoes to go to the sap house to walk off breakfast. Remember to be quiet at school so you can go sledding afterward. We will have the log with us, so if you miss breakfast, find us at one of the other locations. Very family friendly event!
You haven't had real pancackes until you've attended this event. We went last year and it was well worth the wait in line. You'll be back in time as you watch the ladies cook this wonderful meal as you wait for a seat in the Farmer's Cottage. Yes, an inside breakfast! Take a visit to the sap house down the hill in your snowshoes or on a sled. Make sure you don't miss school!

•Pancakes will be served in the reconstructed Farmers' Cottage, a replica of the original 1867 historic building.
•Visitors can help tap trees and collect sap.
•Visit the one-room schoolhouse for a lesson from the 1800s.
•Bring your snowshoes or sleds and enjoy the 445 acres at this National Historic Site.
$5 - $7 for pancakes with Norlands' maple syrup; otherwise it's free.
