Your hosts for the evening will be Mr Chilihouse & Saints1, who, coincidentally, both hope to achieve their own personal milestones at Bernie's 29th February event in Titchfield. The real star of the evening will be, of course, Bernie himself!
We will be at the pub from approximately 18.00 until late. The pub has a good selection of real ales for anybody who may be interested...
There is a small car park at the front of the pub and a much bigger one at the rear, which can be accessed by driving up the lane to the left of the pub. It is also directly opposite Mottisfont and Dunbridge station for those wishing to use public transport.
We have exclusive use of the skittle alley, so for those that want to there will be an informal competition throughout the evening.
For anybody wanting to eat, we have arranged a cold buffet to be served at 19.00 (which will be left out until 21.00 - don't want anybody getting ill do we?) or there is a choice of stone baked pizzas (there will be a maximum of 25 available, due to the capacity of the oven) - you can find out more information, including prices, on the attached files. Oh, and there are some desserts to choose from for those of you who want to indulge...
We will need to let the pub know one week in advance (so by Saturday 10th March) for anybody wanting to eat, and what your choices are - please let us know in your 'Will attend' logs. As there is only one chef at the pub there will not be the opportunity to order any other food on the night.
For those wanting to partake in the skittle competition then there will be a £2 per person entry fee (£1 for children under 16) that we will put towards some prizes. Again, please indicate in your 'Will attend' logs if you would like to participate so that we can organise enough prizes, although we will be able to accept entries on the night.
If you have never been to a geocaching event, we're a friendly bunch - you'll be able to get advice about equipment, hints on solving local puzzle caches and swap any Travel Bugs or Geocoins that you might have.
