The month of February is filled with special days to celebrate such as Groundhog's Day, President's Day, and Valentine's Day. February is also known for being "National Children’s Dental Health Month" and "American Heart Month" and others. Of course, February is famous for hosting Leap Day which comes every four years on February 29th. I have decided to celebrate Leap Year 2012 by releasing 29 caches celebrating the lesser known special days in February. I hope you enjoy this series entitled "Leap Into Caching!”
Leap Into Caching #16: Most of us have done an our impression of Oscar the Grouch a time or two but do you know someone who is grouchy 24/7? This day is set aside to cheer up those who have not smiled in a long time. Although there are many ways to cheer someone up, the best way that comes to mind is take them geoaching! You can share laughs along the way, enjoy the great outdoors and make memories! You can help someone turn that frown upside down!
