Follow a lesser travelled trail into "the land of the lost"...
Upkeep on this trail is not frequent but the poison oak is cut back occasionally. You'll find it mostly at the very beginning of the trail (keeps the muggles out) but keep an eye out for it along the way. For the most part, this old trail has endured the fires and resulting floods pretty darn well. 
You'll be looking for a 4" x 6" loc-n-loc, with a logbook, pen, trade items and a Munzee. Great view from ground zero!
