E.C.P.S. stands for Evil City Park Series, each cache is placed in a city park across Abilene and 1 near Merkel. In order to find the final cache and open it you must fine all the other 10 caches in these series. You will have to answer each individual question at each ground zero to find coordinates for the final cache. The Question is for the West coordinates, there is five digits you will need to discover from five caches. This question is for the fourth digit? How many benches are located near cache?
