I rate this a 3 on difficulty, because this is located in one of the highest muggle areas around here, especially in the summer months. You will need to be on guard at all times while attempting this one. This one may be best for a night cache for those who are not up for the challenge this one gives furring the day with all the sidewalk traffic.
It has taken Westerly a long time to come back to life since the floods that made both local and national news after the flood of 2010 and still is recovering. While your down here please visit the local stores and Wilcox park. There is also a ice skating rink that is open until the middle of March. In the summer there is a free trolley that will take you around the area as well as take you down to Watch Hill and Misquamicut where you can find other caches without having to worry about the parking issue. Just make sure to get back on it before the end of day service stops.
