This is an island cache located on Murphy's Flowage.
Murphy's flowage is a nice lake located on Rusk County public land. The lake is shallow with lots of trees and brush along the shoreline. There are two boat landings and a campground. The main boating landing near County Road F is capable of handling large boats.
As you go up to this cache you may wonder "Why not put the cache on the larger island?" The larger island to the west gets a lot of traffic at times and I was worried that the cache may be muggled there.
If you are planning on fishing while caching please observe the regulations posted at the boat landing.

Please bring your own pen. This cache is small container with a log book just larger then a micro. Please place the cache back with care so it is not removed by creatures or the elements.
