Each year I try to put a cache out that is a “found on Belle Isle” container, this is that cache.
A cache called Hook, Line and Sinker was the inspiration for this cache along with stage 1, directly from the cache. Stage one will help if you were one of the few that had the chance to do the short lived cache. This one is Hook, Line and Floater???
