Cache is inspired in part by RXWrangler's log on Jacob's Super Secret Invisible LPC I and in part by the Skirt Chaser cache (which we found a couple weeks ago when visiting some family in SoCal).
A new take on an old classic. The cache is within the boundaries marked by the red line. Once you find it, you may feel free to relocate it to any other lamp post within the boundary of the red line; in fact, this is encouraged to keep news of its location from leaking out. If you relocate it, PLEASE drop me a message to tell me where you put it, so I can be sure I know where it is at all times.
