Small plastic box, notebook, pencil and pen plus a few items to start off the collection. The box is surrounded by heather only a few minutes walk from the path (if you go there directly!). The compass bearing to grouse butt number 2 from the cache is 283degrees so you'll need to know how to use a compass for this one if you're not using a GPS device. Enjoy the great views to the surrounding hills and over to Bleaklow.
