Part of a short series of caches named after our geohound Rufus, the Border Terrier. The caches are on a circular route which Rufus loves as one of his regular walks. The views around this walk are spectacular.
Old Lord's Quarries have not been worked for many years and I know very little of their history. As a young boy, my friends and I used to play in this quarry but it is now far more overgrown than I remember. It is advisable to enter the quarries by the path shown and NOT from above.
