Geocache Description:

A series to put Prairie City, IA on the map.

Prairie City is the gateway to Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge. Continue your area tour with a stop by the NWR south of Prairie City. You'll to have a chance to see a heard of bison and elk. Stop by the visitor's center for an excellent educational opportunity, or walk any of the nearby trails through the prairie.

Note you'll need to access this cache from the east as the bridge to the west is under construction.
