PLEASE REPLACE CACHE EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT!!
This container is very well hidden and off the beaten path around the local park. this used to be a very nice place to play and fish when I was young. came here a lot with my aunt and grandmother. Since then I have seen it slowly deturiate before my eyes. [:(]
It is in much better condition today, but there is still no swings,slides, etc. Luckly the town of dowelltown and some local groups are in the process of raising money to rebuild the playground. it could really use some C.I.T.O. so please take a garbage bag when you go!
This cache is called wheels because the old (un)reliable cachemobile finally went to that great cache run in the sky.....
So for 2 weeks i had no transportation, which meant NO CACHING! 
Just when i thought i could take no more, i was able to get a new(er) cachemobile!! Of course i had to run out and hide a cache in honor of my new "WHEELS"!
The original contents of this cache are all new hot wheels cars so that everyone who hunts this one gets a smilie and new wheels too!
