Geocache Description:

A circuit of the lanes around Sunbrick and Baycliff with marvelous views over the Bay and passing several interesting lime kilns.

The circuit is about 6km/3.75m with the majority on pleasant lanes giving great views. Park in Baycliff, Sunbrick, or Scales and go either way around, however, best views probably anti-clockwise and easier coming down this lane. All caches are small screw top 'vials' tucked into small corners, but never IN any walls. BYOP!

Continue from 5 to the road.  Can be a bit of a pong near the road from slurry.  Head down the road just a short way before joining the bridleway.  Various paths head off from the enclosed end - the nice views ahead over Urswick are worth a short diversion, then double back and head S down our last lane towards Scales.  An old lane with a variety of twisted trees, kept stunted by the hedge trimming.  Wild garlic underfoot in the spring. Can be muddy!
