Geocache Description:

A nice cache placed along an old disused road that was cut right into the side wall of Spring Creek Canyon.

To get to this cache, park at the SGL parking lot right off of the Shiloh Road exit and follow the still existing roadway.


The red arrows point to the location of the road as it meanders at the edge of the SCC ravine. You'll be able to see the creek far below you to one side, and rock walls to the other. To get to this cache, park at the SGL parking lot right off of the Shiloh Road exit and follow the well lain path. If you look carefully, you'll be able to see that the massive hand laid retaining walls on the downhill side, nearly 150 years old!
