The cache is hidden in a small tract of urban bushland, the published co-ordinates should put you right on the caches location but it could be under foot and unreachable. You will need to access the Cache from below and you will need to climb up to it, so be careful.
You are looking for a 200 ml systema container, painted black and magnetised to keep it in place. Please replace the cache back on it's magnet to keep it safe.
