InClement WeatherCam
There are weathercams (webcams to show local weather) abounding on the internet. This is a weathercam with a slight difference... Rather than being a weathercam it's a Geocaching inclement weathercam instead. Actually, Hastings is one of the sunniest spots in the UK, so it may well not be inclement at all!
Although optional, the Pickerings! would very much like you to pose with an umbrella next to the notice board, then not only sign the log book, but also upload to your 'find log entry' on the cache listing page an image (a screen shot) taken from the live webcam feed found below...
You will be entering private property,
but full permission is granted to do so for cachers.
Pease be aware however that this hall is available for hire and may be in use when visiting. If the hall is in use (the chain across the driveway will have been removed) then please exercise discretion and show respect to hall hirers who will know nothing about Geocaching!
As you are looking for this cache, bear in mind the cache size as a hint to where it may be 'hidden'. The cache Additional Hints is one of those that is necessary to find the cache - without the hint you may well get tantalisingly close, but you won't be able to sign the log! You need to sign the log to record this cache as Found. This cache is easy to do, but does require a little thought... (please don't try and force anything - thanks!)

Perform the (straight-forward) task of retrieving the cache
(you'll see when you get there...)

Sign the log book
(the cache is 1.1 litre container, so room for swaps, trackables, etc.)

Optional: Pose next to the notice board with an umbrella!

The streaming link above has been tested successfully on a number of platforms (including Symbian, iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone), covering several versions of each. Most posters haven't had any problems at all, but one or two have... in which case, perhaps 'Phone A Friend' and ask them for a screen capture from a PC, etc.

The cache is located on the grounds of Clements Hall
(part of Emmanuel Church, Hastings)
originally part of St. Clements Church which was next door,
where the cul-de-sac is now.
To log this cache, you need to go IN CLEMENTS hall car park
(hence the cache name InClement Weather Cam).

This cache is placed in memory of Jet, our Border Collie, 1997 - 2012.
She died on the day this cache was placed, March 7th 2012.
