It is located in a highly populated muggle area you will need to exercise extreem caution to retrieve the cache so as not get caught and to keep the cache safe. There are a few caches in the area that you can get this is accessable all year round and is wheelchair friendly. i hope you have fun looking for it. perhaps you can complete the Freeport challenge while you get this cache.
