A Cache at the top of the Upper Cliff Section of Cannock Chase
This is our second cache aimed at those red route mountain bikers completing the Monkey Trail Red route. The forestry commission have requested that this be a mountain bikers only cache. The bike trails have been designed to reduce conflict between bikes and walkers so would like these to be mountain bike only.
GZ is used by bikers as a rest stop so wont have fast paced mountain bikers coming past like other areas. But please be careful of other mountain bikers. Under no circumstances attempt to walk along any of the mountain bike trails.
Its an another awesome stop at the top of the cliff with great views across the chase. Its a steep uphill to get there but well worth it. Mountain bikers will love the downhill that follows.
Container a homemade geocache special. It is very well camo'ed container. Please ensure you re-hide it once you have found and signed.
YOU WILL NEED A #2 Pozi DRIVE SCREWDRIVER TO ACCESS.
Cache is only big enough for the log book, your own pen will be required
