Sparks Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

CraftyKel*: Time to put this series to bed, I adopted a series that is constantly muggled or not replaced properly. Barely a week passes after replacing one before another in the series gets a NM log, enough is enough, too much work just for mostly TFTC logs.

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the 'Georingtones' project developed by Damien Robinson and Stuart Bowditch. As well as behaving as normal caches, inside Geocachers will find a code word. This can be used to help play and create ring tones made up of sounds recorded as part of the project (still under development as of March 2012). More information at www.georingtones.co.uk

The caches and ring tones were developed with SCAFT, a group of young carers in South East Essex, as part of the Sparks Will Fly project celebrating the Olympics and towns hosting the Olympic torch route. Permissions from Basildon Sporting Village and Essex County Council were gained before planting the caches on site. There are six caches in the BSV area, and further caches can be found in Canvey and Hockley.

Marcus and Mitchell chose the location for this cache.
