One Particular Harbor Traditional Cache

The winds were gusting over Monterey Bay, coming out of the south with squalls out to sea. I like to come out here if I'm running early to work or to watch birds, the waves breaking or sunset after work. I've wondered what to call this one, but with listening to spiritual mentor on the radio, I had the answer this morning.

Mind where you plant your landlubber feet while searching and it should be a pretty easy find. It's out in the open so don't expect all times to be perfect for retreival, particularly during Salmon Season.
