Waterbaron: Yet another of my venerable cache locations has been taken over by homeless encampments and their accompanying filth. I really don't like to replace full sized containers with micros or magnetic key holders so I'll just archive this.
Sadly, this is the third of my cache locations that has been ruined by the rampant homelessness that has taken over the outskirts of every urban location in American in the past 16 years (and I travel widely enough to have seen this infestation in every section of our country.
