This cache is one of the caches placed along the Devils Backbone Trail in the Fort Henry Trail area of Land Between the Lakes. The cache is a smaller sized camoflaged lock-n-lock box with some room for small swag.
The location of this cache is near the end of the Devils Backbone Trail. This trail is unique in that it can be rocky in places and offers scenic views of the valley on both sides where the ridgeline narrows to almost the width of the trail. Depending on the time of year you have the chance to see a variety of wildlife. Also during the Fall the changing leaves will provide a colorful view. During the wetter months you will see small creeks running down to the valleys. This trail can be used with the Artillery Trail or Shortleaf Pine Trail to create a loop.
