This stretch of the River Lune has a fantastic and varied bird life all year round and we hope you enjoy the walk. Please do not try to remove the cache from its resting place - the log book should be retrievable for you to sign.
Unfortunately there is no room for a writing implement, so please bring your own pen or pencil.

March 2024 update - following damage to the outer container, a new, separate container has been placed 15cm to the right of the existing container. Inside there is an inner container with a cable tie attached to make it easy to remove. Please return the container with the cable tie upright so it's easy to retrieve for future finders.
