Geocache Description:

This is it, the Finale! Once you have collected the clues from the six caches in the Playground Madness series, you will be ready to tackle Playground Madness - The Finale!

The cache:

This cache is located about 1.3 miles West of the coordinates listed above. In order to get the actual coordinates for this cache, you must find the first six caches in the Playground Madness series and collect the clues for each. When you have completed that task, fill in the puzzle below to get the actual coordinates. I hope you enjoyed this series of caches.

Please exercise caution. Watch for poisonous snakes and plants when retrieving this, or any other wilderness cache!

The original contents of the container were:

  • Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for the first three finders
  • Book light
  • Light stick
  • Key hider rock
  • Water wings
  • Gumby from the Cheap Tricks cache
  • Chapstick
  • Chums eyeglass holder for kids
  • Bubble whistle
  • Precision screwdriver set
  • Square puzzle

The playground:

Although the coordinates above will take you in the vicinity of a playground. It is a school playground and other than letting your kids go play, there is not a need to visit it.

P. If something in the park is broken, what number should you call?

Q. How many rungs are on the chain ladder in the area appropriate for 7 year olds?

A special thanks to ‘Mom and I.’ for creating the Playground Madness Series in 2002. Due to time constraints, the series has been adopted by ‘HanSohn’.

Occasionally, the question is raised as to why this cache (and series) isn't a puzzle cache. This series was established in 2002, when Geocaching was in its infancy, before there was a subcategory of geocaches. In the spirit of history and tradition, I will leave the status unchanged. Congratulations to those who have worked their way through the series, as it was established, and have found the finale!
