I had a 1/1 cache go missing from this location and rather than replace the container as it was, I took this as an opportunity to make a new/better cache that will hopefully go unnoticed by the muggles. I have given this cache a 4/1 difficulty because the container is REALLY well hidden and depending on the day/time you will have lots of muggles around who you will need to avoid... BYOP. Good Luck!
