Vaša naloga je izmeriti napetosti na termoelementih za merjenje temperatur v Elektroobločni peči, v Potisni peči in v Peči vročega navijalca pri temperaturi okolice 20°C. Vsota vseh treh napetosti je XY.ABC mV.

Your task is to measure the voltages on the thermocouples for measuring temperatures in the electric arc furnace, the pushing furnace and in the hot retractor furnace at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Sum of all three voltages is XY.ABC mV.

Elektroobločna peč moči 60MW proizvede 85 ton jekla vsaki 2 uri. Za vsak sarž je potrebno dvakrat opraviti polnitev peči. Temperatura taline znaša 1700°C. Za meritve temperature se uporablja termoelemente za enkratno uporabo z ohišjem iz papirnatih tulcev. Zunanjost peči je vodno hlajena. Regulacija moči se izvaja z globino potopitve talilnih elektrod. 60MW power electric arc furnace produces 85 tons of steel every 2 hours. For each batch should be done furnace load two times. Melt temperature is 1700°C. For temperature measurements are used thermocouples for single use with a case of paper cores. Exterior furnace is water cooled. Power control is achieved by immersion depth of the melting electrodes.

Kontinuirni livni stroj ulije v enem kosu celotno saržo. Ta se nato razreže na od 2 do 6m dolge t.i. slabe, ki jih je pred valjanjem potrebno ponovno segreti na temperaturo 1300°C v Potisni peči. Meritev temperature se opravlja s termočlenom iz žlahtnih kovin platine in rodija v keramičnem ohišju. Peč je ime dobila zaradi potiskanja prvega slaba in posledično izpada zadnjega. Notranja nosilna konstrukcija je vodno hlajena. Potisna peč dnevno porabi 50.000 m3 zemeljskega plina za ogrevanje 1000 ton jekla. Slab se nato valja do debeline 8 do 130 milimetrov, izdelek pa je plošča. VIDEO: Vroce valjanje

V primeru, da se valja naprej v tanjše dimenzije (izdelek je kolobar), je potrebno med valjanjem izmenično dogrevati jeklo v dveh pečeh z vročim navijalcem, vmes pa stoji valjavniško ogrodje. Peči med valjanjem vzdržujeta temperaturo jeklenega traku na 1100°C.

When the steel is rolling into the thinner dimensions (coil product), it is necessary during the rolling alternately heating the steel in two furnaces with hot reel, but in between there is mill frame. Furnace temperature is maintained during the rolling of steel strip at 1100°C.
