Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the southern edge of the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge.

Take Tio lane to the south where it will dead end at the paved parking area.

From here you will find a level dirt access road which you can follow which will lead to the cache area.

The tio lane access is the only public access to the cache.

As you hike around, take time to enjoy the natural beauty of this area which was created as a National Refuge by President Teddy Roosevelt in 1909.

The cache is located in a 1 quart thermos.
