Geocache Description:

This is the third in our "Playing Around" Series in Camarda Park. A 37-acre parcel of land off Seminary Hill Road donated by the Putnam entrepreneur, Paul Camarda, to the Town of Carmel for the municipality's first town-owned park in the hamlet of Carmel was officially opened June 25, 2009. It has a big Play ground with nice equipment for kids, several Outdoor Basket Ball Courts, professional Heavy Duty equipment, two Base Ball Fileds, and a Soccer Field.

This cache is in the woods and not in a muggable area, unlike the 1st one. It is a walk from the parking lot on the side walk (left hand side as you are going out). As you are on the sidewalk and start walking up the hill toward the entrance you will see a wood guard rail (OYL), count 13 posts and then step over the guard rail and go down a grass hill to level ground and continue to walk towards the entrance. Eventually you will turn left toward where the cache is. There is no marked trail. This Cache only has a log in the cap (BYOP) and NO $1.00 for F2F (sorry, I will owe it to you)... This will be a FUN one... Congrats to Team Bacmac for F2F... Well Done !!
