A year and a half later we are here: Team Yo Mama’s Wedding.

We would like to invite you to Shana & Mikes Wedding.

It will be held on July 14, 2012. The Geocaching Event will be from 4-5 at the picnic shelter at Soundside Park in Surf City, North Carolina, with the wedding starting at 5:30. The event is gonna be pretty simple. Show up, geochat for a bit, watch Hoot marry us, and then go geocache around the area.

Since the Bride and Groom cannot see each other before the wedding, only Mike will be there greeting everyone from 4-5. The ceremony will be quick and painless as Mike has been warned he can’t rap, sing, or dance during the ceremony. Also security will be present to try and keep Ranger TJ quiet for 30 minutes during the ceremony….LOL

Since we started geocaching 2 1/2 years ago, we have found a love together for the sport that is part of who we are. It’s a bond the two of us have shared and has a special meaning of how we started our life together. Along the way we have met hundreds of cachers that share the same love for the sport as we do. We want to share this day with everyone and celebrate the beginning of our life and a love for Geocaching.

Since the army surplus store does not have a registry, we will accept ammo cans or packs of bling trail containers…lol
Please be sure to include how many people you will have attending so we can be sure to have enough seats for everyone. Hope to see you there!
