Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in honor of ooGROSSYoo finding his 1,000 cache. GROSSY (the "oo's" in his caching name are silent) started caching in 2008, but it wasn't until 2010 that his numbers really started taking off. Since then, he has been a caching machine and found his 1,000 cache on 06/18/11.

GROSSY's original 1K tribute cache is located in his favorite cemetery in Mansfield. (Don't ask me, my best guess is that the dude just has a thing for cemeteries in towns named after U.S. Surveyor Generals.) For the full story about how it came to be his favorite, just check out the listings for the following caches:
Grossy's Roadtrip
Grossy's 1K Tribute Cache
Grossy's Favorite Cemetery

Feeling somewhat guilty for not placing his tribute closer to home so his geofriends could find it without having to make their own roadtrip, I decided to place one less than 70 miles away from his home coordinates.

I've had the honor of caching with GROSSY on several occasions (including his memorable 1K) and it was during a recent event that he revealed one of his true secret powers - his extraordinary ability to solve Sudoku puzzles in the blink of an eye. I'm serious, it seemed that no sooner did he have the paper in his hands that he had the puzzle solved and the numbers needed for the next stage of our journey. It is because of this secret ability (not so secret any more, I guess) that I chose to place a puzzle cache for his 1K tribute. Just solve the puzzle and place the appropriate numbers in the coordinates below to find the cache.

Congratulations GROSSY!

It should go without saying for an Unknown or Mystery cache, but the cache is not at the posted coordinates (although it's a good place to park).
