Geocache Description:

This is part of a series of caches which run between Ballymena and Glenarm on the Antrim coast.
The series contains a bonus cache. Clues, which are stuck to the inside of cache lids or written at top of the log sheet, need to be collected along the trail to enable you to get the Bonus Cache at the end. Not every container has a clue so watch out.

This cache is along a local path which links Ballymena Cinema and Seven Towers Leisure Centre to the ECOS Centre. Suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. The path is also suitable for wheelchair users but last 5 meters or so to the cache is off the path over uneven ground.

The local path follows the meanderings of the Braid River and then joins the beginning of the National Cycle Route 97 which is known as 'ECOS Trail'.

Parking for this Cache is available beside the cinema. The top car park for the Leisure Centre has varying closing times and is not available on a Saturday morning due to the local market.

Rather than return to your car using the same path you could continue your walk over rainbow bridge and round the other side of the ECOS centre which will bring you back to the car park.

Cache is a 1L tab lock box camo'd in black tape with an official geocaching label on the lid. It contains log book, pencil and sharpener along with a few small swaps. There is also a FTF badge.
