My first cache - hope you like it.
There has been a Christadelphian Church in Exeter since 1939. In the early days they met at the Oddfellows Hall in Catherine Street, since that time they have rented rooms in Cowick Street (Buller Hall), South Street and finally Hope Hall in Heavitree.
In 1987 the current hall in Heavitree Road was bought and has been the base for worship, classes, childrens clubs, reading groups, jumble sales and various activities ever since. The hall was upgraded and extended in 2010 and with the improved facilities the church has been able to increase the scope of its activities. ece.org.uk has more details.
Thursday morning is a good time to come caching as you can get a free tea or coffee at the Good News Cafe (10:30-1200). You may even get a hint as to the whereabouts of the cache too.
This is an active church and so if you are coming on a Sunday morning between 11 and 1230, please contain your shrieks of delight so that the service is not disturbed too much - thanks for your consideration in this.
The cache is about 200x35mm and is hidden from sight. It is located within 1m of the building. To get it you will need a special tool. As I am kind and thoughtful I have provided a special tool.
