Geocache Description:

Another cache placed to encourage visitors to the Oberon-Colong Stock Route, as well as Yerranderie.

I have been visiting this area for many years now. This location marks the turn off from the Oberon-Colong Stock Route to the Bushwalking Corridor through the Schedule 1 Catchment Area to Beloon Pass and the Nattai Valley.

I have extensively walked in this area over the years. It is amazing remote and wild, and yet so close to Sydney. In this vicinity I have seen wild dogs, dingoes, emus and giant mobs of kangaroos.

Have fun exploring this location, don't just make it a drive by.
