Geocache Description:


This is a puzzle for the kids, or at least the young at heart. We used to bring our kids to this park in our pre-caching days. It was one of their favorite parks and was dubbed "The Castle Park". The play structure is so much fun for the little ones and this puzzle is nice and easy and shouldn't take long to figure out. Once you solve the puzzle just head across the grass to make the find.

To solve this puzzle you'll need to enter the play structure and look for the Jensen Theatre. Here is CachinKatie visiting the theatre.



Along the bottom is a whole bunch of painted tiles where you will need to do some counting to find the coordinates for the cache container.

The container is hidden at N43 03.ABC W88 25.DEF

A=How many tiles have only 1 handprint? Now subtract the number of tiles with 2 handprints.
B=How many tiles have a sun on them. (Hint, one of them is black, at least I think this is a sun)
C=How many rockets?
D=How many tiles have tree houses? Now subtract the number of tiles with football helmets.
E=How many tiles have rainbows? (Hint: I'm pretty sure that Tori was NOT inspired to paint a rainbow)
F=How many tiles have a shooting star?

Just to make sure that you're on the right track: A+B+C=14, D+E+F=5 Or, if this is easier: A, D, and E are even numbers and B, C and F are odd numbers.

Cushing Memorial State Park (from the City of Delafield website) "Cushing Memorial Park is an 8.8 acre park that has been developed into a major attraction for people of all ages. The Fort Cushing play area coupled with the last stops on the Veterans Memorial Riverwalk have realized much of the potential that this historic park has to offer. The natural beauty of the Bark River, adjacent wetlands, and mature trees provide a picturesque setting. It also serves as a vital connector hub for trails that connect adjacent neighborhoods to the Veterans Memorial Riverwalk, Lake Country Recreational Trail and the new Cushing road bike path leading to Lapham Park. Public restrooms were recently added to the park making it accessible for large and small groups to spend the day at the park."

This park is open 7 AM until 1/2 hour after sunset so please visit during this time. The container is as colorful as the puzzle so please rehide with some cover, thanks!
