Geocache Description:

You are looking for a tan container that is larger than an ammo box but smaller than a five gallon bucket. The lid is tight, but hard to replace. Please be sure to make sure that all four sides are snapped on securely.

I derived my geocache name from my great-grandmother's maiden name. She was very Irish and on every single St. Patrick's Day she would make blarney stone treats for the entire extended family. I didn't realize what an arduous task this was until I made them for my students last year. In honor of Great Grandma I have placed this cache. It contains the secret family recipe passed down from great-great-great Aunt Hattie. I think the real secret was that they were a pain in the neck to make, but well worth it!

Please feel free to take a copy of the recipe when you sign the logbook. If you take the last one, please note it on the log and I'll get more out there. The recipe truly is worth making at least once.

The cache also contains 3 Finnian Guardians of the Blarney Stone figurines, 3 2012 calendars, 2 Irish bears, 1 notepad, 2 pins, 1 spring rabbit figurine, and 3 wine bottle stoppers.

Congratulations to Zedu for FTF!! (I almost put that in my entry before posting -- ha ha!)
