This looked like a perfect spot to hide a cache in Elmer. This cache is in the woods, private property, however, the property owner is well aware and gave me permission for the hide. He welcomes all cachers. He may even watch you from his house across the field. Park along the road and walk up dirt road along side the tree line before cutting in. Please be respectful of the surrounding crops. Many goodies inside. The FTF has dibs on a new pair of sunglasses or a USB thumb drive or many of the other goodies inside.
You shouldn't have to worry about hunters as they shouldn't come this close to a local road. But if you want to be safe then wear bright orange during hunting season. Some light brush, ticks, and lots of deer.
Don't worry about the dogs in the yard...electric fence...they'll yap alot but shouldn't bother you.
