We decided that since we just purchased our first home, we'd celebrate a little by placing a cache nearby! In that spirit, this cache has been created using only items we found while cleaning out our new home (almost ;)
Please be careful with the host since its been modified and I'm not sure how its going to stand up. It SHOULD be strong enough to take some abuse, but only use "just enough" force, just incase ;)
This is a micro cache, so no writing utensil is provided. Please bring your own. Also, while there IS a small amount of space to leave trade items, it will interfere with the cache so we respectfully ask that you do NOT leave tradable items.
RULES:
-Please note that the homeowners (us) are ok with you searching for this cache as long as you RESPECT the property/grass/fence etc AND as long as you DO NOT start ringing the doorbell asking for hints.
-If we find that anyone is/has been doing any of the above, the cache will be removed and it will ruin the fun for everyone.
-If caching later in the evening, please respect that people may be sleeping and maintain an appropriate volume. Again, if this becomes an issue the cache may be removed.
As long as you can follow those small requirements, cache away and have fun!
Coordinates at time of placing were checked 4 times using the iPhone Groundspeak Geocaching App. As such, they may not be as accurate as if we used a proper GPS (which we dont have). Please bear with us as far as that goes. Before reading the HINT, be aware that the cache is on the east side of the street and on private property, NOT city property. We don't want to cause any bother to our neighbors who may not be as patient with cachers by having people searching their yards :) hehe.
