Do not park on Clark Road to access the cache. Legal parking is available on Glencoe Hills Drive to the east. Parking is legal on that street if you are facing south. See attached parking coordinates to find legal parking less than 400 feet from the cache.
Swift Run is a stream that runs appxomitely 4.7 miles, with approx. ¼ of stream length running through Pittsfield, ½ of stream length running through City of Ann Arbor, and ¼ through Ann Arbor Twp.
The headwaters of Swift Run are located just south of Morgan Road in the Central Area Rural Preserve in Pittsfield Township. Swift Run is a tributary to the Huron River that runs south to north, and empties into the Huron near South Pond.
The total area of creekshed is 3,250 acres or 5 square miles.
The creekshed drains portions of Pittsfield Twp, the City of Ann Arbor, and Ann Arbor Twp, the extreme southwest of Superior Twp and the extreme northwest Ypsilanti Twp.
The high point in the creekshed is approx. 870 feet ASL, and the low point is approx. 760 feet ASL.
Glacial geology: the eastern portions of the creekshed are fine textured glacial till, while the western and northern portions are fine textured end moraine.

Cache is a camouflaged lock n lock hidden (hopefully) just outside the flood plain of Swift Run. Terrain was realistically probably a 1.5 today when we hid it, but I gave it a 2 since I am not sure what it will look like once summer hits.
