536M3N7S Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Southerntrekker: Hi There

As the owner has not responded to either my log or my colleague's previous log requesting that they check this cache I am archiving it.

Please note that once the cache has been archived, this can not be undone. This is explained in the Help Center - http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70

You will need to create a new listing, put it back in for review and as long as it meets today's guidelines and no other caches have been published in the area causing a proximity problem, then it will be published.

Regards

Geocache Description:

A puzzle cache by Jekub. Needless to say the cache is not at the above coordinates.

You are looking for a 7.5cm diameter pot approximately 1.5cm in height
Bring your own pen.

The wiring diagram I had was clearly not correct for these 16 segment displays.
Hence the cache location is very scrambled.
My character set is similar to the image above.
I didn't have a decimal point so it was set as the lowest line on the left.
I also made a ° symbol, using four lines to make a square in the top left.
Every display is wired the same, but none of the connections is correct!
You have 20,922,789,888,000 possible combinations so you may want to think of a few methods to reduce the data set.

Congratulations to Knirk for the FTF
